Free UK Mainland Delivery on all orders 5-7 working day service

Free Delivery is despatched using Royal Mail recorded 2nd Class Post; this is NOT a guaranteed next day service and generally takes 5 -7 working days. If you are on a deadline (ie Birthday Gift) do not choose this service! It is a free economy service and delivery times are not guaranteed.

Express Economy UK Mainland 2-3 day service £3.50

If you can't wait that long, for an extra charge we have our Express Service! The Express service is NOT a guaranteed next day service and generally takes 2 -3 working days from despatch. limited to UK Mainland only. Orders placed before 2.00pm are usually shipped the same day using an appropriate economy service or Royal Mail 1st class recorded service. All deliveries require a signature on receipt. Orders placed on Friday are despatched promptly but are only delivered 2-3 days after the proceeding Monday, this is not a timed delivery service!

Premium UK Mainland Next Day Delivery service £6.50

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery service is limited to UK Mainland only. Delivery is made before 1 p.m. the next working day. Items ordered for next day delivery must be received by 3.00 p.m. and all deliveries require a signature on receipt. Orders placed on Friday are despatched promptly but are only guaranteed for delivery Monday. Correct card owner details and verifyable delivery address details must be provided or your order may be delayed.

Please ensure there is someone to receive the products before ordering. If there is no-one to receive the goods, Royal Mail should leave a card informing you of an attempted delivery then retain the goods for 7 days at your local delivery office for collection or re-delivery by prior arrangement.

All orders irrespective of delivery service, are always insured to the correct value.

International Delivery Service £18.00 + 17.5% TAX

International delivery including Europe is £18.00 exc VAT. This service is provided by appropriate courier or by insured airmail. Delivery can take from 7 - 10 working days for goods to arrive at their destination. A signature is required on receipt.

PLEASE NOTE: All international orders are manually screen for fraud. If incorrect or incomplete cardholder details are provided your order will be delayed. Goods for international delivery can only be delivered to the card holders address.
