Easy Exchange and Refunds

As an RG Retail Ltd (Aporto) customer we want you to be 100% happy and satisfied every time you shop with us. We know that occasionally you may wish to return an item that is faulty or it may not be what you expected - you may even sometimes change your mind. Our full return procedures and conditions are as follows.

Your Goods:
When returning goods for whatever reason you must first contact RG Retail Ltd (Aporto).  sales on 0845 365 17 65 or email sales@aporto.co.uk. You will then be advised appropriately on the steps to take. In addition to the unwanted goods we also require all the original packaging, any protective packaging, identification tags etc. all properly packed in the manner in which it was originally packed. Therefore please retain any original packing and care is to be exercised when originally opening any parcel from us. Please remember the goods we sell are high quality items often of high value or please treat them with respect!

Return of faulty goods:
Exchange: Faulty goods will be replaced free of charge but it is the responsibility of the customer to return the faulty product only to RG Retail Ltd (Aporto). Goods must be returned in 7 working days from reporting any fault. Note: Only the faulty item will be replaced, any original packaging and accessories accompanying the item will be returned to the customer along with the replacement item. Postage charges are only refunded for goods that are faulty on arrival or develop a fault within 7 days of reciept.

Refund: If a refund is required on returned faulty products: It is the responsibility of the purchaser to return the goods in 7 working days from reporting any fault. Please include all the original packaging and accessories packed in the maner to which they were supplied. Any short fall will be deducted from the refund at the appropriate rate for a replacement of the missing item. We do not refund the cost of postage for returning unwanted items.

Goods that are returned faulty within 30 days of purchase can be replaced or a refund provided. Returns after this period will only be replaced or a credit note provided as a claim is then made under the manufacturers warranty.

Cancelled orders and unwanted goods:
Under the Distance Selling Act you have 7 days from the day after the arrival of the goods to cancel your contract. The goods must be returned to us in the condition they were despatched (e.g), unworn, unused, complete with all packaging and in a re-saleable state. The goods remain YOUR property until a refund is provided and if approved, will be provided within "30 days of cancellation". If these conditions are not met then a refund will be refused. For wholly unwanted goods we will only refund the purchase value of the product excluding any delivery charges.

Return of unwanted items incur a £6.50 Processing fee to cover postage, packaging and credit card processing fees. Any postage fee paid is non refundable. (UK only)

All international returns incur a £10.00 handling fee and the initial postage fee is non refundable.

If an unwanted product is returned to RG Retail Ltd (Aporto), for exchange to a different product the customer will be charged or refunded any price difference plus return postage

You are responsible for returning your goods, please use an Insured service to cover the value of your purchase. Remember you retain the title to your goods until we have judged them as acceptable for a refund.

Please be aware failure to follow the above procedures may delay or void your eligibility for a refund in which case we will only issue a credit or return the goods back to you.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
